I have had this idea in my head for a while and I have finally got around to creating it – I don’t know about you but covid and lockdowns have certainly affected my productivity. This is going to be a new STEM, Science, Make It, Creative area (many things) that I am going to switch out with different challenges. The challenge will be velcro dotted or fixed with blu-tack to the bottom area of the page so it will be super simple to change. Ideas off the top of my head are make a bird’s nest, draw a cube, sort magnetic and non-magnetic items just lots of simple challenges that should be super easy to set up and switch out. The poster is easy to make and I added different verbs ie. make, create, construct, sort, build, draw so it allows me to add whatever comes into my head. Watch my instagram for updates to this area.
I have added the poster titles for you in my free library, I have printed them on different gorgeous bright card the “Can You?” title I cut on my Cricut using AG Resting Teachers Face Old font size 172 alternatively you can hand-cut or leave in boxes. I have also added the first challenge “Rock Towers” I added a little aside to this about NOT creating rock piles or cairns in nature due to the fact that creating the piles disturbs the natural order of nature, every time you build a pile you’re basically scaring away wild animals and disrupting their natural habitat btw I didn’t know this until recently, did you?
