Many of my resources I allow to be edited so you can add your own text eg. names etc. I thought I would do a quick tutorial of how to do this. You can watch this video How to Add Your Own Text to my Resources video or have a quick read below.
If the product is editable once downloaded select the “Markup” tool on the top right of your toolbar (left image above) Once you have selected this the markup toolbar menu will appear you can see the menu in the photo on the left.
Select the box with the T inside, this is the text box tool. This will automatically make a copy of the resource as you won’t be able to change the original. Double click the text in the textbox and add your text. You can move the text box around. make it bigger etc. as you would with any text box.
As you can see in the image on the right you can change the font, the font size, color/colour, underline it, add a color/colour background etc. Once you have it how you want it just press print, you can then go back and change the names etc. This heart above is from my resource “We Are Sweethearts Wall or Door Display” it’s free in the Resource Library.
Hope this was helpful, head on to the library and grab “We Are Sweethearts Wall or Door Display” and have a play, add your own class names or create a title for the box.
