I knew it was coming but it was such a shock and I really do feel quite sad at the passing of the Queen.  If you are like me and looking for a craft to remember and celebrate her remarkable life, grab my Q is for Queen Craft from the Free Resource Library and simply add the right shade of hair.  I didn’t have the right shade of paper for the hair so we painted some paper with a mixture of white and black paint and then scribbled white crayon quite messily all over once dry.  

The craft comes with different writing options, crowns, and faces and is easy to make – probably the hardest part is cutting out the crown what you could do is rule lines around the 2 sides and at the top top of the crown before copying and have students cut along these lines – I wanted to add this version for you but unfortunately my server is done and I can’t access the original file to edit at the moment – sorry.
